Erin Brooke Design will assist with creating an elegant and timeless interior for your home.  Complete design services range from consulting on renovation design details and selection of finishes for a whole-home project, refreshing the dining room with new furnishings and custom window treatments, picking out the perfect antique "statement piece" for the family room, and all things in between.  Erin will work closely and collaboratively with you and your builder or architect to create a home that melds perfectly with your family's personal style and way of living.

VIRTUAL DESIGN

Erin is able to work with clients all over the country using virtual design.  The process is straightforward: once you fill out the questionnaire, she will assess whether your particular project is a good fit for virtual design services.  At that point, you will submit photographs, plans, and room dimensions.  Erin will then get to work on inspiration boards, room layouts, and furniture selections, which in turn will be e-mailed to you for review and approval.

Please note that all virtual design projects are billed at an hourly rate.

ANTIQUES SOURCING

Designed for clients looking for specific one-of-a-kind items and antiques, this service is perfect for those who have an idea of what they want, but don’t know where to find it or don’t have time to look. Whether it is an antique piece in a specific period, a vintage rug to complement an heirloom painting, or a decorative piece that will "make" a room, Erin will source antiques from around the globe to complement the aesthetic of your home or project. Each proposal will be tailor-made to suit the client's taste, style, and budget.
